Breaking News: INEC postpones Edo Election
The Independent National Electoral Commission has delayed Edo State gubernatorial election by two weeks.
Speaking after a security meeting held this evening in Benin City, Edo State capital, which had in attendance the INEC Chairman Prof. Mahmoud Yakubu and other national officials of the electoral body, an official said the date of the election will be delayed by two weeks.
The chairman according to our sources, will address a press conference soon.
