Manchester United offer Zlatan Ibrahimovic one-year contract

Zlatan Ibrahimovic's future has long been a subject of interest amongst football fans.

The prolific stirker will leave Paris Saint-Germain this summer when his contract expires, with a host of top European clubs in the hunt to secure his signature.

The likes of Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United have all been rumoured with a move for Ibrahimovic yet nothing has been set in stone - until now.

The Sun reports, per French outlet RMC, that United have formally offered the Sweden international a one-year contract with an option to extend his stay.

They are the first to lodge official interest in Ibrahimovic, yet a move to Old Trafford might not materialise.
